All About Me

Hi, I’m Amy—the author and creator behind Scrumbubbles.

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked with tech teams, marketing teams, HR teams, and just about every function you can imagine. Over that time, I’ve worn many hats: project coordinator, project manager, scrum master, agile coach, leader of agile coaches and scrum masters, and trainer. Every role has given me a deeper understanding of how people and teams work best together.

I don’t just teach agile—I live it. My career has been shaped by helping teams break down barriers, simplify processes, and focus on what really matters: people. Because at its heart, scrum and agile aren’t about frameworks or sticky notes on a wall—they’re about collaboration, trust, and creating an environment where people can thrive.

Scrumbubbles is my way of sharing that philosophy. Here, you’ll find practical advice, stories, and resources designed to make agile approachable, useful, and maybe even a little fun.

When I’m not coaching teams or writing, you’ll probably find me driving a fast car on an open road, reading a thick book, or spending time outdoors with my dogs and my family.

Thanks for stopping by—I’m glad you’re here.

About Me

I’m an Agile leader, coach, and systems thinker who has spent my career helping teams and organizations work better together.

Over the years, I’ve led Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches across large product and technology organizations, focusing on improving delivery predictability, flow, and the systems that surround teams—not just the ceremonies they run.

I write Scrumbubbles to explore the realities of modern Agile: where it works, where it struggles, and how teams can move beyond frameworks toward truly adaptive organizations.

My perspective is grounded in years of hands-on experience helping teams improve how they plan, collaborate, and deliver value in complex environments.

Scrumbubbles is a place where I challenge assumptions, share patterns from the field, and experiment with better ways of working.
