About Scrumbubbles

At Scrumbubbles, we believe that agility should feel less like a rigid framework and more like a natural flow that helps teams thrive. We exist to bring clarity, energy, and people-first practices to the often complex world of work.

With 20+ years of experience, I’ve worked alongside tech teams, marketing teams, HR groups, and leaders across industries. Along the way, I’ve worn many hats—project coordinator, project manager, scrum master, agile coach, leader of agile coaches and scrum masters, and trainer. These roles have given me a 360-degree view of how teams tick, what slows them down, and what truly unlocks their potential.

I don’t just “teach” agility—I live it. Every engagement, workshop, and coaching session is rooted in the belief that people are at the heart of progress. Processes and tools are helpful, but it’s the individuals, their interactions, and their ability to adapt that drive lasting success.

Why “Scrumbubbles”?

Because agility doesn’t have to be heavy or complicated. Like bubbles, it can be light, dynamic, and fun—shaping itself to fit the environment while still moving upward. Scrumbubbles is here to help teams find that same energy: simple, people-centric, and effective.

What We Do

Coaching & Training – Guiding individuals, teams, and leaders in Scrum and broader Agile practices.

Leadership Development – Building confident, people-focused leaders who can cultivate thriving teams.

Workplace Agility – Helping organizations create environments where change is welcomed and progress is sustainable.

At the core of it all: helping people work better, together.

About Me

I’m an Agile leader, coach, and systems thinker who has spent my career helping teams and organizations work better together.

Over the years, I’ve led Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches across large product and technology organizations, focusing on improving delivery predictability, flow, and the systems that surround teams—not just the ceremonies they run.

I write Scrumbubbles to explore the realities of modern Agile: where it works, where it struggles, and how teams can move beyond frameworks toward truly adaptive organizations.

My perspective is grounded in years of hands-on experience helping teams improve how they plan, collaborate, and deliver value in complex environments.

Scrumbubbles is a place where I challenge assumptions, share patterns from the field, and experiment with better ways of working.
